90 day trial

Hi everyone, 

I tested out my adobe subscription for 7 days and when I tried to cancel there was an offer of a free extended 90 days trial. But for some reason, I have been charged and there is also a cancellation fee as well. Can anyone assist?

Adobe offer you extra free time instead of cancelling, not as a free gift for cancelling. If you accepted you are committed as normal to paying for a whole year.
