Hi - I receive check files via PDF that don't align properly when printing checks. for the past year and a half I had the ability to to select and adjust the alignment (up or down - with the arrow keys) of the text. All of a sudden, today the only text box I can move is the one that is apparently in the header.
I MUST be able to adjust these fields up and down or I can't print the very time-sensitive checks.
Can you please let me know how I can have this ability again?

Please let us know if you can select text in the PDF. If not, check if it is a scanned or text file. Are you making changes to the form fields in the PDF form? If yes, please try the prepare form tool and see if you can make those changes.
As the feature is not working for you, please share the steps you use to move the boxes. It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording to understand the workflow better.
