I am suffering from a 3D-PDF "A3d data parsing error has occurred" error.
By referring to past posts in the community, the error will be resolved temporarily, but it will recur after a few days.
If you have any good ideas for permanent measures, please let me know.

Hi @moto_7575,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat!
Would you mind updating Acrobat Reader to the latest version and let us know if this helps?
To update the app, go to Help-> Check for updates.
Also, can you check disabling the two features as shown below from Preferences-> Page Display.
Let me know if this helps.

Hi @S. S
We apologize for our inconvenience.
Due to internal reasons, we could only update to version 2022.
This version did not improve the error.
Are there any effective measures for the 2022 version?
I'm sorry for asking too much.

I'm sorry.
I should have written the check result first.
At this point, the error has not occurred on the special PC that has been subjected to the following two measures.
・Update Acrobat Reader to the latest version.
・Disable two display preferences.
However, it was only possible to update up to version 2022 on PCs used by general users. This is because of compatibility issues with other systems in the company.
And in version 2022, disabling the following two display preferences did not improve the error:
I am sorry for the lack of answers.

Hi @S. S
Thank you for your support.
We were able to try out the latest version of Acrobat Reader in our company.
However, disabling two display preferences also caused an error.
