Accept all OCR candidates?

Explorer ,
Oct 19, 2023 Oct 19, 2023

I have a large document that Adobe has identified multiple "candidates" that may be incorrect. After accepting about 100 of them, I realized Adobe was about 99.9% accurate. Is there some way to "accept all" for each OCR candidate? The document is 1450 pages, so I simply cannot accept each one-by-one.

Hi @Gaptooth Columns

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing more details about the workflow/steps that you are trying to do? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

If you are trying to recognize the text in multiple pages of the document, please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/scan-documents-pdf.html and see if that works.

Let us know if you arereferring to something else.

~Amal

An other user here, with same simple question: how do I say, "Yeah, approve all"

Word has this when reviewing documents with tracked changes, for example. Very straightforward. Does Adobe have  this? If so, how do I invoke it?
