Hoping someone from the senior support team can help me out here. I have been using Acrobat 11 on windows 11 for the past year and a half now with no issue. Then out of no where it asked me to sign in now and any time i tried to close and reopen the app it would just keep pestering for a sign in. When i do sign in it tells me that my serial number is revoked. I have been on the phone with support for 2.5 hours, they removed corrupted files, and told me my serial number may be old but it is NOT revoked and still active (which i didnt know was possible for these thing to age especially if it was a one time buy). So now im hoping someone can assist me on where to go from here, phone support told me to contact the community support team here and they can assist. So what do i now that every time i enter my serial number it keeps telling its revoked but the download file still works and phone support told me that it isnt revoked from what they can. I would like to be able to continue to use Acrobat 11 as i have without being asked to sign in or input a serial number. Thanks to anyone that can help or tries to help. Sorry if your dealing with the same problem, especially for work.
