Acrobat 24.1 does not boot

Since the auto-update to version 24.1 under Windows 11 Pro (24H2), Acrobat no longer starts without displaying an error message. I can find the app in the task manager under background processes, but it does not respond. Reinstallation has not helped either.
As I have not found any similar error messages I wonder if anyone has the same problem or if there are any bug fixes. Is there anywhere to revert to an older executable version?
Thanks for your ideas

I have the same issue, ive tried uninstalling/reinstalling, repairing and still have the same issue.
Have been searching the internet for an answer and noone seems to have a fix (even our IT provider cant assist).
Not bad product support Adobe considering we pay for this app. Any idea when we will get a fix?

Have managed to fix it after a bit of buggering about.
It appears to be some kind of security issue.
I managed to get access into the security seetings for the app and overridden them to a previous version and suddenly it works.

Hi @nathanb20566375,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.
We made many stability and performance enhancements with the subsequent releases.
Could you update the app to the latest version (2024.005.20241) and let us know if the issue is fixed?
To do so, go to Menu-> Help-> Check for Updates.
If it persists, please help us gather the logs from your machine: https://adobe.ly/3QM3MwU. Please make sure Procmon is selected. You can upload logs using this tool and share your Unique log ID with us.
