We are in the process of moving Acrobat 9 pro extended from one computer to another. We have already deactivated the License on one computer and then move the program file to the other computer. We are getting several error messages. The first reads :
Warning: A Part of the Capture 3D plug-in has been damaged
To fix it you will need to repair the installation of Acrobat.....
Then immediately after OK is clicked this message appears:
Licensing for this product has stopped working.
You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by unistalling or reinstalling this product or contactin.....
Please let us know how to proceed to resolve this issue.
Thank you,
Brad

You do not MOVE Adobe programs, you do a new install
You install programs exactly the same way you did the 1st time... put your disc in the drive and enter your serial number when asked
.
Download & Install instructions https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2003339
-kglad links in reply #1 here https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2260248 will help
-you will need to enter your original serial number during install for non-Cloud programs

I have all of the correct serial number and license numbers. I do not have the disc. Where will I be able to download the software?
Thank you.

I don't think that product (unlike Acrobat Pro 9) is available for download. I'd like to hear otherwise. But I think you need to locate that disk.
