once i click on fill and sign, the program closes by itself. i uninstalled the program and reinstall it back but it did not help. i have the version, 24.002.20857. can you assist on that please

The issue has been addressed in the latest update. Try updating the application to the latest version available. In Acrobat, go to Help > Check for updates. Check if that resolves the issue.
