Acrobat App "Open" greyed out in creative cloud

Hello,

 

In CC, all my apps that are downloaded have the "open" button clickable. Acrobat is techncially installed, but I can't open it. I have tried uninstalling, it gets to 1% and then stops.

Please try to run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
