One of our users is experiencing this error when opening a PDF file with editable fields.
Windows - Application Error
e instruction at 0x00007FFFB4139096 referenced memory at
C00000000000018. The memory could not be read.
Click on OK to terminate the program

@francis_3910 This is often an issue with the application itself, potentially struggling with the editable fields in that specific PDF, or sometimes it can point to a deeper, though less common, issue like faulty RAM (physical memory) or a conflict with other software on the PC. It's a technical hiccup that forces the program to close to prevent further issues. It might even be a generic access permission inside Acrobat, frequently triggered by its security permissions (Protected Mode) struggling to handle a complex action like opening an editable PDF, especially if the file was opened directly from an external source like an email (Outlook).
I would test the same PDF with a different application (like a web browser, a different PDF reader, or another user's working Acrobat installation). If it opens fine elsewhere, the PDF itself is likely okay (not corrupted), and the problem is purely on the specific computer/Acrobat setup.
