Hi All.
I installed on my Windows X Enterprise computer Acrobat DC Pro but application icon on desktop and start menu looks like blank page. I tried to delete shortcut from Start Menu and desktop. Then I found Acrobat.exe file in Program Files folder, right-click it and select Pin to Start Menu. But unfortunately it doesn't help. Same story I have with Acrobat Reader DC. How to fix the problem?
Thanks.

unpin the problematic acrobat from the task bar. then drag the desktop shortcut with the correct icon to the task bar to add it to your task bar.
for the start menu, right click acrobat > click more > open file location > locate the exe and follow the message 7 steps to fix its icon.
if that doesn't fix the start menu icon, https://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/fix-missing-tile-icons-on-the-start-menu-windows-10/

I'm browsing to find where Acrobar DC .exe file and Reader DC .exe file located and create shortcut on desktop. Then did like you suggested and open file location. Next step I copied and past both shortcuts to that folder to override blank page shortcut. Still work. Will see in the future. If become blank page I will try to ask your help.
Thanks.
