New Here ,
Jan 01, 2022 Jan 01, 2022

When installing Acrobat DC, my printers are no longer available. Print spooler stopped.

After uninstalling and restarting, they are back again

Hi Josephus,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

Please try installing the Acrobat from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html. and check if you still experience the same issue.

If the issue persists, share the error message if you receive any.

Are you using any other Adobe application on the machine? Have you recently updated to Windows 11?

Please elaborate on "my printers are no longer available."

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

After an uninstall of Acrobat it all work perfect again.

The Acrobat install stop the printer spooler.

I have Photoshop running on the machine without any problems.

Thanks
