Acrobat.exe Entry Point Not Found

I have just come across this error...

I am just trying to run through some comments a client has left on a document and whenever I click inside the comments box to copy out the updated text it pops this error message up..? And to get back into the document I have to force quit the application.

Anyone have a solution for this?

I haven't changed anything and have been working this way for years.

This is also a problem if I want to add any comments to any PDFs..?? Very frustrating.

I have now uninstalled and reinstalled the application and that seems to have fixed the problem.
