Acrobat font

Guys - on latest release of Acrobat on Mac which I thought is able to utilize embedded fonts and edit any text in the document. Getting this error while editing - The original font C0EX0KQ0_T1EX0000_0 is not available or can’t be used in editing. Adobe Acrobat is using the font Minion Pro in its place

How do I fix this?

While editing a PDF with Acrobat you cannot use a font that is not installed in your computer, as in any other software.
