Acrobat freezes when I create a PDF

New Here ,
Sep 10, 2025 Sep 10, 2025

Everytime I convert a document to pdf w/Adobe or scan a document as a pdf, Adobe FREEZES on the very last page.  The only way to clear it is in my Task Manager.  It does scan/covert the document, but I cannot figure out why it freezes - its such a pain!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

yes - all of them, unless they are sent via email as a pdf. If i convert a
pdf, scan a pdf or even modify a pdf, it freezes.
