Acrobat hangs when I use highlighter in an image

Constantemente se cuelga, cuando estoy resaltando un texto, pero que es una imagen.

Soy estudiante y es muy difícil resaltar si constantemente tengo que estar guardando y el programa tildado y cerrándose.

Hay forma de corregir esto?

Hi Petosims,

As per the issue description mentioned above, Acrobat is crashing when trying to highlight a pdf (an image), is that correct?

Please try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Try highlighting another pdf file and check if this behavior continues.

2- Check if any update is pending - launch Acrobat > click Help > "Check for Updates".

3- If that doesn't work, try repairing Acrobat by click "Repair Installation" under Help.

Could you share the version of Adobe Acrobat installed on your machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

And, the operating system installed on the machine- Mac/ Windows?

Is there any error message you are receiving when Acrobat hangs?

Does Acrobat still hang when you highlight a normal pdf file (not scanned)?

Thanks for reporting the issue!

We are also able to replicate the issue at our end for image/scanned PDFs.We have added this to our backlog.
