Acrobat me demande chaque fois de me connecter

Bonjour.

A chaque utilisation d'Acrobat, je dois me connecter.

Des solutions sont proposées ici :

Je les ai toutes essayées, sans succès.

Cela devient insupportable. C'est pareil pour vous ?

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

There are 4 different solutions here, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-repeatedly-prompts-for-sign-in.html surprised that none of the four steps worked here.

 

Please install Acrobat Pro clean; if that doesn't work, launch the application in a hidden admin account. 

  • Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

Download the Acrobat installer from here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

 

Are you running this in an Enterprise environment?
