Hi all / some feedback and soliciting comments... It seems to be rather involved (that's a word) to have to identify each and every Adobe Acrobat * product in use in our domain/tenant, and grant Admin Consent based on AppID to ensure our users have a seamless consumption experience of protected PDF content.
If app registration and admin consent being granted is not done in advance, it's totally reactive and our users will get 'Need admin approval' before they can consume the protected PDF, within our own tenant:
We have found a means to register Adobe products but it's rather convoluted and I would like to see Microsoft and Adobe 'do better' for us admins simply trying to give our users a seamless experience where admin consent in Entra is concerned, with as few app registrations as possible in Entra to allow for the necessary permissions/consent across the Adobe Acrobat * product line. Thanks.
