We have 3 licences, but one licence will not recognizing Arial (the font is loaded), Acrobat replaces Arial with "Adobe Sans MM" on a supplied document but if you try to edit it uses "Arial Narrow". If you try to run a repair it comes up with Arabic, Language is set for English. Tried every way of reseting we can think of, and uninstalled then re-installed. Nothing changes. We are a Print department, so this issue is an absoulte nightmare.

Hi @michael_6060,
Sorry for the troubled experience.
You have three licenses for what Acrobat or Adobe Fonts? What is the OS language on the affected machine? Are all those machines Win OS machines?

Solution was a complete rebuilt of the laptop, after getting laptop to it`s default state, IT installing Adobe Acrobat before any other drivers or software. A major pain, but it`s now working.
