Over the last month or so nearly all PDF's open with the menu bar above the top of the screen so menus are inaccessible and the window can not be moved without resorting to keyboard. Very frustrating.

Hi authentic_wisdom7069,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.
Please share the screenshot of how the application window appears on your end. Also, could you share the Acrobat and OS version numbers currently in use?
Try repairing the installation and ensure the application is updated to he latest version. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Check for updates or Repair Installation.
If that does not help, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4eWaED8).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4kM4fvE.
Feel free to let us know if you need any help.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

I have moved via keyboard and saved but when they get reopened they are always above the top of the screen. I have follwed the AI suggestions for the issue but they do nothing
Win 10
Acro Pro 2020
No updates needed.
I am terrified of doing a reinstall as it was through TechSoup and dont know if I can find the correct key.
Last time I had a problem I did a reinstall as instructed and couldnt find the key and had to buy a new copy

It happens on about 75% of PDF's. Any PDF's that it does happen on it always happens even after resizing and saving
