i have purchased acrobat pro DC card from retail shop in downtown Sydney Australia 6 years ago, it works alright, now i changed laptop, and I key in card code and serial no online, it can redeem, BUT i cannot download the app, can any one help me, a big thank you !

NEVER POST YOUR SERIAL NUMBERS ONLINE! I've removed the image you added with the s/n in plain sight.

If the application is registered under your Adobe account then you should be able to download it from there.

The URL in your second link doesn't look right. It should be an Adobe web-page.

PS. If you have a serial number then it's not Acrobat DC, but something else. Most likely Acrobat 2015.

Yest, i have purchased it about 5-6 years ago, i checked with the retailer shop today, they say that such product must fixed with the same laptop, if i have re-installed new window 11 (previous is window 10) , all my puchase had been wasted. I have to buy a new adobe acrobat.

Please tips what i should do ?

The OS version is not the issue. That has no influence over the validity of your license.

The laptop (physical machine) and the OS are irrelevant, as long as both are supported. If you got a correct Adobe serial number, you should be able to use that one, without using the supplier's website.

If it is an intermediate number of theirs, it may well be, that the serial number is created only once
