I tried downloading from that site, after two days it never went above 37%. Payment has already been made and I'm not getting what I paid for; how can I get a refund?

Hi Michaela,
I have checked that you have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription.
As you are not able to download the installer file for the application, please try to install the application from here Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X
If you have the trial version of Acrobat DC already installed, you can refer the steps provided here Convert Acrobat Pro DC trial to a full license to convert it to full version.
Let us know if you experience any issue.
Regards,
Meenakshi

I've had the same problem. Your techs have been working on this for two weeks. The latest attempts had me sending my install logs. Funny thing I did a test and was able to install InCopy without any problems so it isn't Adobe CC. We haven't tried updating on any of the other systems because your techs ask me to uninstall the working application to install the latest to see if that would work. Now we can't install any Acrobat DC version. My questions is when your techs fail, what is next? We have a corporate license for 6 users, do we get a discount for a product that won't download and install? It's kind of like having a cable package and you can't watch one of the channels in the package. Especially one you really like.

It has been a little over a week since this was resolved. After trying to load Acrobat Pro and spending weeks working with Adobe techs, I just logged out of CC and logged back in and Acrobat Pro just showed up. I started it and it has been working great since then. I wish I would have tried that out before spending countless hours trying to find the tried and tested methods the techs were putting me through. Anyway they were all nice and helpful but I think your product line is starting to suffer. Indesign gave me problems also. Things are working relatively well now except for some Apple created glitches with High Sierra. But that is another story.

I am having the same issues. No matter what I do I cannot get past 9.2% downloaded. I used Safari and Chrome and have removed all of the previous versions of Adobe. This should not be so difficult.
