My Acrobat Pro DC won't scan from our HP OfficeJet 9010 wireless, via Windows 11 anymore, or does so very inconsistently.
The HP app on the Windows computer recognizes the HP OfficeJet 9010 just fine.
So it isn't clear why Acrobat Pro DC has the problem or what to do to fix it.

Hello to anyone who is having problems creating scans in Adobe Pro using Windows 11 and an HP printer. I eventually downloaded the following driver from the HP site and it provided me with a very useful and customizable utility. At this time, I cannot figure out how to scan in multiple pages directly using Create in Adobe, but I can scan using this desktop app and then quickly open in Adobe and do all my editing there. Here is the driver I downloaded:
