Acrobat PRO not showing full page content

This illustrtes the issue i'm having, if i select the page, it shows the real edge of the page, but i cant see it

How do i fix this?

This is not the size of the page, but of the scanned image in contains. Unfortunately, the page size was not scaled to fit the image, or the other way around, when the file was created. You can try and fix it by changing the page boxes, via Tools - Set Page Boxes.

It probably uses different logic as to what page box to display. Hard to say without seeing the actual file...

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

 

As suggested by our Community product expert, without seeing the file, it will not be possible to tell why the scanned PDF/image file has a background color (blue tint) and margins that extend beyond the visible content.

If you have Acrobat Pro, you can run Optimize PDF or Enhance Scans to clean up background colors and straighten the page.

Hello Anand, thanks for your input, to clarify, the blue area is just the selection, which is showing the real margins of the page, that i cannot see in Acrobat Pro

Thank you for sharing the details. Could you please share a sample PDF file through which you are able to reproduce the issue so that we can test it at our end? You can share the file directly to me by private message, click on my community profile name, and choose message.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: Win: 25.001.20693 Planned update, Sept 09, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.
