Acrobat pro se ferme lorsque je réduit la taille du fichier

Bonjour, lorsque je réduit la taille du fichier Acrobat pro se ferme, impossible de faire cette manip avec n'importe quel fichier

Sorry to hear about your experience.

As per the description, it looks like Acrobat is crashing upon reducing the file size. Does it happen when you are trying to reduce any specific PDF file size or any random pdf? 

Please check the following details:

1- Make sure you have the latest version installed Open Acrobat>help>check for update

2- Check with a file that isn't a very larger one. 

3- Or first change the following preferences setting 

Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat

Note: these changes are only for testing purpose. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.

j'ai testé sur un fichier léger

et quand je veux accéder aux préférences Acrobat se ferme
