Acrobat Pro subscription

I already purchased a 1 yr individual subscription to acrobat Pro in Jul 2024. How do I download, install and activate it?

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

We have checked and verified your current Adobe ID (email), which you used to log in to the community platform, but we don't see any license/subscription to Acrobat Pro. We see that you have Adobe Express, Photoshop Elements, and Premiere Elements licenses, but not an Acrobat Pro license.

You can download Acrobat Pro from the direct link, and sign in with the email that you used to purchase the Acrobat Pro license for activation. Please verify if you have purchased the Acrobat Pro license using a different Adobe ID (email address).

If you purchased it in July 2024 then it expired by now, unless it auto-renewed...
