I've recently come out of retirement and am using Acrobat Pro 7.1.0. I want to update it, but when I look for updates the response is "no updates are available at this time." Is there not an update path? Thanks for any help!
I believe 7.1.0 (released 14 years ago) was the final update to Acrobat 7. There are no more. After that was a paid upgrade to Acrobat 8. It is important that you know: Acrobat 7's activation server was switched off, and the normal installation can no longer be activated by any means at all. Do NOT uninstall it, or expect to be able to use it on a new computer; best not to mess with the old computer, it's a miracle it's running at all. The current version is Acrobat Pro DC, which is a subscription product (around $16 a month, annual commitment).

But as mentioned, this is an ancient version. You should not use it. It's a security risk and will likely not run well at all on your operating system. It's time to get an upgrade.
