Acrobat Pro x update error without code

Hey community

today i installed my CS6 design & web premium.

After the installation i wanted to update acrobat pro but i get an update error without any code (I attached a screenshot)

is this problem known and how can I fix it

Thank you for the logs, it was helpful.

Can you please check for updates again?

You should see "No updates available" if you have 10.1.16 version.

This is the last released version and there will be no more updates - 10x is no longer supported.

update by downloading the (acrobat dc link) files directly and then applying them:  http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

Thanks for your help.

I have tried it but I already seem the newest version.

if I see that correctly the 10.1.16 is the last one for acrobat x?

Can the error result from the already installed the latest version?

I thought that the error said something like: you have allready the newest version.

if you have the last update, the only error is that you're trying to update something that can't be updated.

I was thinking the same thing but i get the error without any code.

If I remember correctly i always got a message like: No update required software is up to date.

But i could be wrong.

Skandaloes, there should be more details in the Updater log file.

Can you please enable Updater verbose logging, check for updates again, collect log file and send to me in the private message?

To enable Updater verbose logging-

Set iLogLevel REG_DWORD value to 1 in the registry below

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\1.0\ARM on 64 bit OS

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe ARM\1.0\ARM on 32 bit OS

Log file is called AdobeARM.log and can be found in the User Temp folder.
