Acrobat ProDC - exact positions of Objects

Community Beginner ,
Jun 15, 2020 Jun 15, 2020

Hi,

I would like to insert objects (pictures, form fields etc.) exactly into the PDF - not to move them with the mouse, but place them exactly according to dimensions and also set the size exactly.
For example: Place an image or form exact 10.2 mm from the edge with a width of exactly 90 mm.
Unfortunately I couldn't find anything about it in the instructions.
Can you help?
Greetings

Waibl

You can use a script to do it (by setting the rect property), or even the Position tab under the Properties dialog of a form field.

You can't do it with images, unless they are also a part of a field (like the icon of a button field).

Thank You very much for your answer

Sorry I'm not that experienced with Acrobat.
I cannot find the "Properties dialog".   I use Acrobat pro DC
I am sending a screenshot of my editing view.

How could such a script be made?

Thanks

It's not possible with these text blocks. If you want to do that you need to use InDesign or FrameMaker, or something like that.
