Hi,
I have purchased a copy of "Pro" with a discount for NGO.
before I have upgraded from the free version, I had the "fill & sign" wokung properly.
after I uninstalled the free version & Installed the Pro:
- the button "fill & sign" at the top bar is there - but doesn't activate anything.
- there is no "fill & sign" at the right bar or at the "More Tools" screen.
I tried different suggestions that was posted here at the forum - changing the "Language" or "Signatures" under "Preferences" - didn't fix the problem...

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.
Please share the exact version of the Adobe Acrobat Pro license you purchased.
The trial version of Acrobat you were working on earlier was Acrobat DC. Have you tried activating the same installed product or reinstalled the one you purchased?
If you see the Fill & Sign icon available at the top but not functioning. Then you may try uninstalling the applicate once and then reinstalling it.

It's the most recent patch installed. Try deleting the application using a cleaner tool

now reinstall it: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html

Try going to Programs and Features. Selecting acrobat and hit change.
Make sure the language is set to just English and not English with Arabic support.
Worked for me
