Looks like there is a field with the same name in the background.

I know, and if I try to delete it, it will delete everything on that line. I need to know how to remove that from the background

You can't remove it with Acrobat Reader.

I cant find the option to remove. And if I do a regular delete/backspace it deletes all the words on the line. I have tried also on Acrobat XI Standard but same thing happens.

Thank you that was what I needed. I found that there was another form field that was causing it to duplicate! Thank you very much!!!
