Acrobat Reader for Android internal cache

It seems like Adobe Reader on my Android has an internal cache that stores personal data longer than expected. When you open the file menu, there is a "Browse more files" selection at the bottom of the list. I find copies of files that I don't want there. When I click on one, it says that Reader will create a local copy, but I don't want it to store anything to be able to make local copies. How do I remove them?

Yes , i've same issue . Adobe reader android is storing copies of all my pdf documets. Even after deleting from the local storage , the pdfs are available in the app.

Then i checked the app info . The adobe reader had 600MB cache . 

Dear adobe, please add an option to disable the pdf history in the adobe reader app.
