If you have an enterprise license, I recommend you let Adobe know immediately, by raising a support case in the Admin Console. (Posts here do not reach the necessary people in Adobe).
It may be useful (to other users) to post more detailed symptoms for "will not launch" eg exact error messages. Also to confirm whether rolling back the patch restores Acrobat to its previous state. Also, whether Acrobat is 32-bit or 64-bit, and which version you deploy.

Will not launch. No error message. Nothing. Try to open Acrobat and nothing. Some items in event viewer that don't point to anything in particular.
After a number of restarts some users are able to lauch Acrobat.

Its no an Adobe issue, it's a Fire Eye issue. Disable Exploit Guard and the issues stops. It's fixed in the new FE version 35.31.25

We had this issue and tried several Adobe Versions but what soled the issue was removing Microsoft security patch KB5027215 - Artickle: June 13, 2023—KB5027215 (OS Builds 19044.3086 and 19045.3086) - Microsoft Support
However as an admin this is less then optimal to remove this security patch if that would leave the endpoints vulnerable.
I would suggest testing the removel before doing anything via. wsus.
