It opens a fullscreen white blank page then closes immediately.
I have removed it and reinstalled several times and it still does not work.
This has been going on for several months, I was hoping an update would fix it and nothing has changed.
Why am I paying for software that does not work?

Please try installing the Acrobat from the following link:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
If the issue still occurs, we may need logs along with Acrobat and OS version details.
