Acrobat X: Cannot change Typewriter font from red to black, or change size, help!

Help.  In Adobe Acrobat X, when using the TypeWriter tool I can no longer change the font color from red to black, or change font size.  I don't know what's wrong.  It used to be there would be a little window that would pop up that you could change the properties of what you typed, like size, color, different fonts, etc.  It's all gone now.  What can I do?  Thank you

Hi, @ca_2342,  As a word of explanation, Acrobat X reach "EOL" (End of Life) on November 15, 2015. What that means is that Adobe will no longer make sure that current OSs can run a program that has reached EOL. And, yes, that is mostly an economic decision. However, considering it was released on November 15, 2005, that's five years of life. Despite that, it seems that you did manage to get almost ten years AFTER Acrobat's EOL of good use out of it. That's 15 years, not bad!

Sadly, you only have a few options available to you: Go back to your previous computer and/or operating system you last had where Acrobat X was working, get a newer release of Acrobat, or find a compeating products that works on your system. Unfortunately, there's not much else can be done at this point by anyone else.

Good luck, choose wisely.
