Acrobat XI the thumbnails of PDFs is not supported on Windows 64-bit systems.

Hello,

I have a license Acrobat XI ( adobe acrobat 9 standard versione 9.0.0) where the thumbnails of PDFs is not supported on Windows 64-bit systems, the system on my PC (Enable thumbnail preview of PDFs in Windows Explorer (adobe.com))

It's possible a free upgrade to Acrobat X for use the thumbnails of PDFs

XI is 11, not 9. At any rate, these versions are outdated and not compatible with any current OS, so problems are to be expected. You can update them to the latest version available, and that might help, but that's about it. And no, you can't upgrade them to newer versions, either.
