Action Wizard - looking at different files each run

Explorer ,
Feb 04, 2020 Feb 04, 2020

Hi

I'm trying out the thr Action Wizard in Acrobat Pro DC at the moment and I have a problem.

I'm trying to get it to look at a specifc directory. What I was hoping would hapen is that each time I run the action, it would process whatever files are there at the time.

However, it seems to remember the files that were there before.

Is there a way to make it forget files from the last time the action was run and just process the ones that are in my specified folder?

Thanks

Ashley

You selected the files in the folder instead of the folder itself, I'm guessing.

That's weird - I just went through the steps again, adding a folder, and this time it seemed to work - I tried it, then exited the action, changed some of the files and then went back in again - this time it recognised the different files.

It must have been something silly I was doing before - thanks for your prompt!

Yes, I don't remember doing that, thought I'd selected the folder, but it's the most likely explanation.

Cheers
