Add a Submit button to our fill in form

We have a form, actually several forms our members are required to fill out and send back to us. I am looking to streamline the process and make it easier for them. I want to add a Submit button to have the filled in form sent directly to us, right form their computer screen. I don't want them to have to save it, open their email, compose email, attach form/document and send to us. I know it sounds like we have members who can not do those three easy steps. But, anyway, I want to streamline the process and just have a Submit button, at the bottom that they can simply press and send that filled out form to us, so we can then process the information they send to us.

Can I do this, myself?

Thank you,

Keith

It's possible with a server-side script such as ASP.net or PHP; but, it requires each end user to open the PDF in Adobe Reader when they submit the form.
