Add an image to a form

Looking to where to add an image field to a form for accountability.   Used to have an option to place a button and then assign an action (in this case, java) to prompt a browse window to select picture file.   Working with the most recent Acrobat DC update.

Go into Prepare Form mode and click on the "Add an Image Field" at the top of the screen. This allows you to insert an image field that allows a user to add an image to the form.

That option is not present in this version.   And prepare form mode is selected.

Click on Tools - Prepare Form and then click on "More" at the right side of the window and then on "Revert to Acrobat Form".

That was it.  I just discovered with a different pdf that the option of "this document requires signatures" will change that menu option.   Thanks!

Yes, unfortunately it does that, without letting you know about it... Many people have experienced this same issue in the past.
