Good Morning,
I would like to know if there's possible to have an image field, ( event.target. buttonImportIcon() with this script), adding another field automatically after an image been uploaded into a pdf form. And if there's possible to take a photo and add it into the form, instead uploading one.
Thank very much in advance

Do you mean that once an image is selected, a new field appears, with the same functionality?
If so, not really. You can do it in Acrobat but it won't work in Reader. What you can do, though, is create the fields in advance and then show them as necessary.
Alternatively, you can create a hidden Template page with an image button field and then spawn a new page from it.
Uploading an image from the camera directly to an image field is not currently possible using Adobe software.
The only software I'm aware of that does that is PDF Expert on iOS devices.

Thank you so much, I'll try the second one, I'll try to create a button that adds another page with image fields as the user needs. That was very helpful, thank you!
About the upload from the camera it's a pitty and an idea for developers!

Agreed! You can request for it to be added here: Share your feedback on Acrobat DC
