I am trying to add signature blocks to a document so the document so that the document can be sent by email manually and digitally signed. I don't want to use Adobe's cloud services to do this. You used to be able to easily do this in older versions of Acrobat. When I go to Tools>Forms & Signatures>Request E-Signatures, a window pops up to use the cloud service to collect the signatures. Additionally, if I go to Tools>Fill & Sign> and then click on Request E-Signatues on the toolbar, the same window pops up for using cloud services. I just want to add a signature block without using the cloud service, is it still possible to do this? If so, how?

Use Tools > Prepare Form and add signature fields.
