Adding a button to open the camera to add a picture to a PDF via Mobile

hi,

our current pdfs are just converted from a word doc so not sure if that is the problem? Im new to all this so all help appreciated, ive attached a full sign off form as well

we sign off all our works on site with pictures, we can do this at present but it is time consuming.  What we want is 6 buttons for 6 pictures that are pre scaled.  Then all the user has to do on their phone is click one button and it opens the camera to take the picture which is subsequently added to the pdf and repeat 6 times

At present you need to add image, rescale the images (which always end up different sizes etc)

Is this possible? see from the picture attached. surely there is a way to add a button to make the pictures look more professional  current process.png

The only application that allows you to do it is PDF Expert by Readdle on iOS devices.

You need to add an image field when creating the file in Acrobat and then it would work like that.

You can set the field to automatically scale the image to its size.
