Hello. I'd first like to share my frustration regarding the limitations of Adobe Acrobat Pro in managing preset signatures. It's disappointing to find that Adobe Pro restricts users to only two preset signatures. As someone who frequently needs to sign documents with variations of my name and initials across three different languages, each with distinct scripts, this limitation poses significant inconvenience.
Why is that? Is this the best solution Adobe can offer?
Moreover, attempting to add another signature requires deleting an existing one. Unfortunately, the "minus" button does nothing. I'll appreciate your help. Thank you.

Technically, there is only one signature and one initials field. I'm not sure, why you need to change your signature according to the language of the document, but I suppose Adobe also thinks as that.
You could create stamps for your use, may be that is of help.

Thank you for your reply.
As I said, I sometimes need to sign in different scripts (e.g., Arabic, Hebrew).
Stamps works perfect! Thanks!

You're welcome.
That shows again how limited my talents are. I can't write in different characters. So, I do not need different signatures. My writing ability also ends with Latin characters.

You can create multiple appearances for the same signature profile.

@try67 I believe you're referring to Digital Signature where we can create multiple appearances, while the original poster is most likely referring to the E-Sign feature where we have two feilds [ x1 Signature & x1 Initial ] both of which can be used as signature if needed.

That's correct.
