Hi, I'm trying to add my signature but it says the file must be 10mb or smaller, however the file is 400kb how is it possible that it thinks the file is larger than 10mb? how can I fix this?

Thanks for sharing the message. When do you get it? Please show the file properties of the signature file (not the file you are trying to sign, but the signature itself).

LATEST

It's the same file I used as my signature all the time but now for some reason I can't add it nor sign in cause it says, I need to update my OS while my OS is updated to the latest. but I would really appreciate it if I could add the image as my signature.
