Adding new signature (jpg)

New Here ,
Aug 15, 2019 Aug 15, 2019

I have Acrobat Pro DC. A while back, I created two jpg signatures (myself and my wife) to add to letters or other documents. Clicking Fill & Sign bring up the toolbar that has "Sign" (with a fountain pen icon). Clicking on that opens up a drop-down that shows images of our two signatures. I can easily "sign" documents with either of those two signatures.

However, I can't add another jpg for another signature. Where's that option? (I also remember there was an option to choose to initial rather than sign, as well as an option to draw a signature on the screen.)

What am I missing?

Many thanks.

Use the Create New Appearance command to add another image to your digital signature profile.

The initials option is when you use the Fill & Sign tools, which are not the same as a digital signature. They are just comments, in fact.

Hi,

At a time you can create one signature and one initial in the Fill and Sign app. To create a new jpg signature please follow the steps :

1. Delete your previous signature in the sign drop-down.

2. Click on Add signature and choose the Image option to add a new jpg image.

Regards,

Sandeep Grover
