Adding Stamp on stamp in Acrobat 2017 background remain clear

Is it possible to add a stamp on a top of stamp with beck ground stamp visible. I want to stamp a Pdf drawing with my seal and signature as if I am signing on the seal. When I put a stamp now it covers the background. AutoCad has option to make the stamp transperant and thus two stamps ca

You can place a stamp on a stamp, yes. However, since you can't explicitly define the z-order in which they are displayed, it's not a good idea.
