adding text that pushes text boxes down

Community Beginner ,

I am adding a long sentence to a boxed section of a document in the middle of the document.  How do I make adobe push the multiple boxes below my insertion down instead of the new text overlapping the next box?  Thanks

You don't. You need to do it yourself, manually. PDF files were never meant to be edited in such an extensive way, so doing so is always going to be labor-intensive and risky.
