The "Adobe Acrobat 10.0 Type Library" is available installing which minimum Adobe Acrobat product?

I was using Adobe Acrobat Standard, but my Company decided it is too much costly.

I verified that in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC the above indicated library is not available.

Which could be the "minimum" product to be purchased to have the library available?
