Hi Adobe Team,
I am facing an issue with the activation of my Adobe Acrobat perpetual license.
The license has been working fine on my old and new devices. However, on some laptops where it was previously activated and functioning without any issues, I am now encountering a sudden deactivation problem.
These laptops were working perfectly with the same license until recently. Now, they are showing as not activated, despite no changes being made to the devices or the software installation.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue? Let me know if you need any additional details, such as license information or logs, to investigate further.
Thank you for your support!

You can't activate your license on more than two devices at the same time, unless it's a volume license.
Either way, this is not something we can help you with. You need to contact Adobe directly.

Hi,
I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and trouble.
As correctly mentioned by our expert, you cannot activate your license on more than two devices simultaneously unless it’s a volume license. You may try the solutions shared in the following articles, though they might not work since Adobe Acrobat 2017 Classic and Acrobat Reader 2017 Classic are End-of-Life (EOL) products, with support ending on June 6, 2022:
Adobe strongly recommends upgrading to the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Upgrading ensures access to the latest features, functional improvements, and enhanced security.
I hope this information is helpful.
Thanks,
Anand Sri
