adobe acrobat 2017 cuenta vitalicea me pide inicio obligatorio

Hola me llamo Francisco,

En mi empresa hay un adobe acrobat 2017 con licencia vitalicia a la que accedemos mediante un numero de serie para windows.

En la ultima instalacion en un equipo, pide sesión obligatoria cuando nunca lo habia pedido.

Yo accedo mediante este enlace:

Al ser antigua si entro al admin console de adobe me da las licencias mas recientes pero no esta de 2017, esta solo veo los detalles mediante este enlace.

Me podrias ayudar de como resolverlo?

If yes, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error for further investigation and troubleshooting? 

Also, the method through which you are applying the license for a user is very critical here to go through with this forward.
